My name is Eric Wilson, and as the Owner + Operator of Red Beard Electrical,  I am a the designated Master Electrician with two decades of hands-on experience in the electrical and construction industries. From residential service calls to large scale industrial projects, I’ve built my career on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

I began my career as an apprentice electrician, gaining hands-on experience on projects ranging from wastewater treatment plant expansions to energy projects across Ontario and Alberta. Over the years, I moved into leadership and management roles where I developed strong skills in planning, communication, and project delivery. While I’ve gained valuable management experience, I’ve never lost my ability—or my passion—to work hands-on in the field. That combination allows me to bring both practical know-how and big-picture perspective to every project, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Today, I bring that same level of dedication to my own business. Whether it’s wiring a custom home, upgrading a commercial facility, or managing complex industrial installations, my goal is to provide clients with reliable electrical solutions that are safe, efficient, and built to last.

Outside of work, I’m proud to be rooted in the community. As a father of three, with kids attending local schools, I stay actively involved not only as a parent but also as a volunteer coach for their sports teams. Just as I value teamwork and leadership on the job site, I enjoy bringing those same principles to the field—helping kids grow, learn, and succeed together.
